CARDIO:
30 minutes on eliptical. Sweated a lot but didn't feel like my heart rate increase very much. I think I was hot rather than working hard.
WEIGHTS:
Tricep press
50 pounds on universal, 10 reps, 2 sets
Back pull backs
60 pounds on universal, 12 reps, 2 sets
Leg press
45 plates each side, 12 reps, two sets regular and one inside thigh
Also calf raises
Absolutely no soreness whatsoever. Total drag.
